We are grateful for your loyalty, your presence and your encouragement in our many projects. You motivate our decisions and are part of the accomplishments of this beautiful year! To celebrate 2022 and to make a retrospective of the most representative, we have chosen to bring to your attention a few highlights:
We’ve made connections like never before
We’ve made dozens of new hires. We’ve passed the 200-person mark in the team! Special mention to the hard work of our human resources team! 😏
In addition to leading recruitment with a firm hand, we revived our Social Committee and its lively calendar. Taco lunches, microbrewery beer tastings, coffee day, Vert et Or games, we even made sure that the activities organized at our headquarters in Sherbrooke were adapted to the reality of our 16 locations. Everyone enjoyed it, which is quite a challenge when you consider what it takes to pull it all together!
We cut loose
The Social Committee and our partners made us push our limits:
- We dragged ourselves through the mud for our family summer party at Base Bootcamp;
- We braved the football field with the Vert et Or team;
- We tested our endurance and cardio with midday workouts offered by Cardio Plein Air (we’re still taming burbees);
- We threw the biggest bravad party ever organized under the theme of the masked ball. You will have understood that we dared to trade the procedural mask for more stylish and elegant one!
We scored high
In addition to shining through our various expertises, we have carried out significant projects of which we could not be prouder. We made decisive moves for the company and its growth. 🤩
- We created Lévo Société d’investissements in collaboration with Groupe Custeau ;
- We acquired the franchisor Cardio Plein Air ;
- We acquired Uni-D ;
- We acquired two retail stores in Montreal, which finally allowed us to establish ourselves there;
- We launched our IT expertise in the service of RPPs and Residential Centers;
- We continue to be among the best sales teams in Canada.
Finally, we took the time to sit back, to take a look at ourselves, to deepen our business relationships and to offer our clients the best of ourselves.
