Under the responsibility of the Sales Director, the Business Retention Director will have as main function to ensure the highest retention rate of the Estrie customer base.

Daily tasks

  • Communicate with the Estrie customer base, analyze accounts, renew, add lines;
  • Make references to other divisions;
  • Make accessories sales

Profile of the ideal candidate

This position is designed for a team player:

  • Foolproof, against stressful and challenging situations;
  • Diploma of professional studies (DEP) in sales advice or other related field;
  • 3 years of sales experience;
  • Demonstrate rigor and thoroughness;
  • Be open to teamwork;
  • Be structured and have a good sense of organization;

Job requirements

  • Easily adapt to tight and changing deadlines;
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new computer tools;
  • Ability to demonstrate autonomy;
